Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Because many products are custom manufactured, assembled, or 3D printed to order, processing times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, product complexity, and current production schedules.

Estimated processing times are not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers through Pirate Ship, including USPS and UPS, depending on package size, weight, destination, and available shipping options.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package dimensions, weight, destination, and selected shipping service.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

MacGyvered Solutions LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at comeonmacgyver@gmail.com.

We will assist customers with carrier claims when appropriate; however, final claim determinations are made by the carrier.

MacGyvered Solutions LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

If an order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping information.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Many products offered by MacGyvered Solutions LLC are custom manufactured, assembled, or 3D printed to order. Additional processing time may be required for certain products.

If significant delays are expected, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities.

MacGyvered Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
