Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Because many items are custom 3D printed to order, some products may require additional production time depending on order volume and item complexity.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers through Pirate Ship, including USPS and UPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package size, and destination.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us at comeonmacgyver@gmail.com and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Custom or Large Orders
Some larger or specialty items may require additional handling time. If so, we will contact you directly.
