Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided by email. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Because many items are custom 3D printed to order, custom products, personalized items, and made-to-order parts are non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include photos so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exchanges
Approved exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
