Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided by email. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are custom manufactured, made-to-order, or 3D printed specifically for each customer, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of damage, defects, or fulfillment errors:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Made-to-order products

  • Digital downloads

  • STL files and other design files

  • Products altered, modified, or damaged after delivery

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Include photographs of the issue so we can evaluate the claim and provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are processed by returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged shipment.

Digital Files, Designs, and Intellectual Property

All STL files, CAD files, digital downloads, product designs, product photos, instructions, branding, logos, and other intellectual property offered by MacGyvered Solutions LLC remain the exclusive property of MacGyvered Solutions LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.

Purchase of a physical product or digital file does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Digital files and designs may not be:

  • Resold

  • Redistributed

  • Shared

  • Copied for commercial sale

  • Uploaded to file-sharing websites

  • Modified and redistributed without prior written permission from MacGyvered Solutions LLC

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
